In-store Yoga classes

Membership fee is only £11 for a three day course. Places are limited, so membership will be allocated on a strictly first-come, first-serve basis. For more information please view poster by clicking image below.

The Patanjali Yog Peeth (UK) Trust has been setup to promote better health and well being. This course will be held between 20th March (Friday) till 22nd March 2009 ( Sunday). There will be a three course meal provided on the weekend. Please wear loose clothing as you will be doing light exercises, several 'asans' (physical postures) breathing exercises which are advocated as a formula for curing many diseases and maintaining good health.
